Dear Customer,
On February 14th, the upstream provider and colocation facility for Falcon Networks fell under FBI investigation. The provider, Creative Internet Techniques (AKA Foonet) complied with the FBI request but unfortunately the FBI could not find what they were looking for and thus forcibly removed all servers from the data center. Our server was not part of the investigation but it was removed by the FBI as they simply removed all machines.
At the current time, we have retrieved our data from the FBI and have restored our machines to full working status. The details of your account can be found below:
Remember, to log into a specific server, use SSH version 2 (SSH2) to the hostname, server-name.falcon-networks.com. Also remember that your password has not been changed. If you cannot remember your password need password assistance, please use member services account recovery at www.falcon-networks.com - simply attempt to log in and if you cannot, it will give you the option of recovering your password.
CREDIT: To compensate for the downtime, we have migrated all customer billing dates two months forward. This effectively gives the customer two months of credit from the last date a payment was posted to the account.
For example, if your last payment was made on February 10th, your payment date would become April 10th which would thus carry you until May 10th so your next payment due date would be May 10th. If you made your last payment on January 10th, then your payment would be due April 10th and so forth.

| The FBI raided our ISP data center on February 14th and held all servers and data for a prolonged period of time. Once our assets were released, we were able to reactivate the Falcon Networks servers.
